7:09 pm	Relive With Yoli I always use the same system when I evaluate any MLM venture and I will be applying that system to Yoli during this review. I essentially always look at the product, the company, and the marketing materials. http://www.viddler.com/explore/elliegant007/videos/156/ Granted with Yoli being in its prelaunch phase it is obviously possible to get more information about some of these things than others. For instance there is little to be found out about a product that has not been released. While Yoli’s blast caps will be formulated to offer various different nutritional benefits the nutrition information has yet to be released. In the informative webinar a list of ingredients is displayed, but actual nutritional values are not present. Of course, since Yoli is just starting out, some of this information may not be readily available. For one thing, it is hard to find out about the product, itself, when it is still in the pre-launch phase. I can tell you that Yoli Blast Caps will offer a variety of nutritional benefits, but I am not able to tell you exactly what they are! When I visited the webinar, I found it very informative. All of the ingredients are clearly on display; however, the specific nutritional values are not delineated. Even though Yoli is at still in development prior to launch, the founders are established. Yoli founders are capitalizing on the successes they have found in the MLM industry, even among prior health drink products. Often when top representatives leave one company to found their own there are often accusations of recruiting from the old organization. From what I can see the Yoli founders are doing their best to leave their past cleanly behind them so they can commit themselves fully to this company they profess to love. Of course, sometimes when high level representatives of a company branch out to form their own company, it turns out just to be an extension of the original organization. However, this seems not to be the case here. The founders of Yoli seem to be making a fresh new start. They say they prefer and love this new company and this new idea. Yoli's success will lie on the abilities of the distributor to market. For individuals that have the ability to market, Yoli could be a tremendous opportunity. Even with the greatest products, one's success in the MLM industry is dependent on his/her ability to market well. With a list of multilevel marketing heavyweights making up the founders list there is a considerable amount of excitement about this program. In order to evaluate any program objectively it is necessary to use some kind of standard system. Obviously there is no company history for me to include in my Yoli review. However the list of company founders includes more than a few names that are relatively well known within the MLM industry. Daren Falter is well known as a guru on how to succeed in multilevel marketing while Corey Citron is a pioneer in using the internet for multilevel marketing. While there is plenty of marketing experience amongst the Yoli founders none of them have an extensive background in health or nutrition. That should not be forgotten in a quality Yoli review. At this time the marketing materials for Yoli are obviously focused on recruiting. With no product out yet I have not been able to see any brochures or literature of a similar nature. Considering the team behind Yoli, I expect to see plenty of product centric literature in the near future. The truth is that marketing materials are virtually irrelevant. If a distributor does not understand the principles of marketing they will not find success with Yoli or any other MLM product out there. This is universally accepted as true. I am going to close my Yoli review by emphasizing the importance of marketing skills. If you want to find success in Yoli or any other multilevel marketing program you need to take the time to educate yourself on effective marketing tactics. Between binary and unilevel compensation systems and value points calling multilevel marketing compensation plans complicated is an understatement. Monthly volume bonuses are typically a percentage of the lowest performing leg in your organization. At early levels in a multilevel marketing program having your commission based on your lowest performing leg may not seem very significant. However for people that are highly skilled at recruitment it could be frustrating to build up an extensive downline network that generates hundreds of thousands in sales which you get no compensation for. It is this downside to the binary system that led to the formation of the hybrid Yoli compensation plan. While promotions are based on the standard binary structure, at a certain level an "executive" unilevel compensation plan kicks in. Unilevel compensation plans are popular because a distributor receives commissions on all of their recruits, even if it is typically a lower percentage than what might be offered in a binary system. The downside to most unilevel structures is that distributors ultimately wind up competing with each other instead of working with each other. The Yoli compensation plan was specifically designed to bring the best of the binary and unilevel systems together without any of their weaknesses. By using a binary placement system for the group commissions and the unilevel executive system to promote recruiting they provide incentive for recruitment while at the same time encouraging cooperation amongst distributors. Of course the Yoli compensation plan includes a number of bonuses like their fast start and "break even" bonuses. It is not uncommon for MLM companies to offer bonuses that encourage recruitment as well as make it easier for new distributors to start getting positive results. If you have the marketing knowledge to get to the top of the Yoli compensation plan you could earn serious money as a Yoli distributor.
